SMT employ an in-house Advocate (nonpractising barrister), who is experienced in preparing for appeals (e.g. preparing court bundles, drafting legal documents, advising clients & witnesses about appeals etc. ) and experienced in conducting advocacy before the First Tier & Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum  Chamber).  Our Advocate also possesses experience of bail applications and bail hearings.
